We believe that quality is controlled by system not only several QC,so we encourage 100% workes to join in the QC team. 


Case One:

Start from 35 different items and 20pcs each, increase to 100 items and 1000pcs each. 

In 2017 Munich show, we met a customer from Euro, they just started to join the sporting area, and they didn't know the market very well. Therefore, we recommed some best selling items in their area based on our experience. After show we provide them samples to test the quality. They followed our suggestion and tried the items mixed as 20-feet container, each item around 20pcs for test and over 35 different items. 

After we got the order, we tried to learn about the items and updated the goods to suit for their market. We provided HQ pictures and propaganda poster design free of charge as supporting. After several testing order, our customer became more and more professional for sporting line. We kept recommending them new items and enlarging their categories. 

Till now with 7 year's cooperation, they ordered over 100 different items and over 1000 sets for each item. The shipping amount increased from USD 15,000 to USD 600,000


Case Two:

How to solve problems and win the trust. 

In 2018, our team took over a customer in Portugal from one of my former colleague's team. The customer placed a small order with lots of special requirements. It's very hard for us to arrange very small quantity as OEM items and control the quality. But we took the order seriously and patiently. We replied their e-mails on time and scheduled their order as soon as possible and gave them feedback timely. We want to let them konw that we always take business serious and work hard to achieve the great outcome. Even sometimes we couldn't 100% meet their requirement but we would find alternatitive solutions to solve the problems. 

When we encounted quality problems, we solved the problems by improving and updating items efficiently during the cooperation. Our customer began to place more trust on us. After 2 or 3 years development, they get bigger and bigger.Even if they growth to big comany, they continued to ask our team to handle their orders.

After we left the former company last year, they were still try to find us as friends and also partners.
